Jeremy is a strength coach, personal trainer and exercise machine expert with ten years’ experience working with a wide range of clients, from complete beginners to experienced lifters. He was included on the list of Fitness Education Online’s top personal trainers to watch in 2026. He works where physical effort meets mental clarity, helping people become stronger, sharper, and more capable; pushing both to a point where real change becomes unavoidable.
His coaching is based on three foundational pillars. Safety, Efficiency, Effectiveness (SEE).

Personal Journey
Jeremy’s journey into fitness wasn’t linear. From a young age, Jeremy was drawn to sport, movement, and performance but he also struggled with focus and direction. It was not until much later that one of the reasons was undiagnosed ADHD.
His fitness story began on the tennis court as a kid. By the time he finished high school, he had played everything in the school curriculum from basketball to ultimate frisbee. When he joined a local gym and eventually hired his first personal trainer he had a lightbulb moment. He realised kickstarting this journey is something he could do for others.
Things began to change with his focus and direction when he discovered philosophy at university. The processes behind critical thinking and entering the world of ideas and principles gave him a framework to understand discipline, behaviour, and long term growth, as well as a more cultivated mind.
Jeremy was not diagnosed as neurodivergent until later in life as an adult. Thanks to conversations with several people, he made the decision to seek professional help. The turning point with everything began when he took ADHD medications for the first time. All of a sudden, his overwhelming struggles with focus, emotional regulation, and overall direction in life were mostly in the past.
Today, he integrates the intense focus that ADHD provides with everything he does. Jeremy combines a deep understanding of human anatomy and physiology, science based principles of exercise, an analytical focus on the engineering of exercise machines, and his education in philosophy to coach others on comprehensive training.
His mission is simple: To help humanity become better.

Qualifications
Jeremy has sought education and has received mentorship from experts from across the globe. Jeremy has attended conferences around the world, the latest being the Strength Forum hosted by Discover Strength in the United States, the birthplace of much of the modern fitness industry over the last century. There he met with many of his mentors and toured around where Arthur Jones and his family built many of the fitness and medical machines that have largely shaped the world of health, sport and exercise.
Beyond the stock standard certifications, Jeremy continually educates himself on the science and application of fitness principles. He regularly assesses the latest literature in academic journals and exercise machine design with the guidance of his mentors. He is constantly testing better ways to get results that matter. He has a global network of associates and is building a team of advisers with whom he regularly communicates with to keep himself up-to-date on the best technology and methods in fitness.
Jeremy holds multiple certifications in personal training and nutrition, including:

- Cert III & IV in fitness and personal training
- BA in Philosophy with Honours and the accompanying research training, which serves as a guide for everything he does as a coach and trainer
